Gruppo B&amp;T will be showcasing its products at Rimini\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Tecna 2024<\/strong>\u00a0in grand style, with all its brands (SITI, Ancora, Projecta, Digital Design, Diatex, and Mec Abrasives) demonstrating an increasingly green approach and offerings designed to achieve maximum energy efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Occupying an\u00a0<strong>entire hall (D7)<\/strong>\u00a0in the IEG exhibition centre in Rimini, from 24 to 27 September, Gruppo B&amp;T is set to confirm its position as a leading name in the industry for complete plant engineering solutions, from the preparation of raw materials to end-of-line packaging operations, and of course, the heart of production, i.e. full-body decoration, pressing, and firing. Focusing particularly on\u00a0<strong>product<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>aesthetics<\/strong>, the Group offers technology for high-end graphic design including digital printers and finishing, leveraging its comprehensive expertise to assist customers all around the world.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to a propensity to innovate \u2013 reflected by the constant, intense research and development activities at the\u00a0<strong>bt-LAB<\/strong>\u00a0technology center in Formigine (Modena), the Group also offers a widespread worldwide presence and a\u00a0<strong>customer service<\/strong>\u00a0that guarantees after-sales assistance and a supply of spare parts, tools, treatments, and consumables.<\/p>\n<p>More than\u00a0<strong>twenty technologies<\/strong>\u00a0will be showcased at Tecna 2024, resulting in an unprecedented number of innovations launched all together. Among the main innovations,\u00a0<strong>SITI firing technology machines\u00a0<\/strong>are particularly worthy of note, including a zero CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0emission dryer and a hydrogen-powered TITANIUM H<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0module; technologies for\u00a0<strong>full-body decoration<\/strong>\u00a0such as VENUS, LAPIS and DUNE; the Lynx\u00a0<strong>vision system<\/strong>\u00a0for veining detection by Projecta; the WIZARD and MAGISTER\u00a0<strong>sorting lines<\/strong>\u00a0and the LGVs for automatic product handling. The brightest star though, will no doubt be\u00a0<strong>SUPERA\u00ae Rapida<\/strong>, the innovative pressing technology<strong>\u00a0without mould<\/strong>. Offering a raw cutting process that allows advanced flexibility in terms of shapes and sizes, this technology is already installed in facilities located in over 10 countries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projecta\u00a0<\/strong>will be elevating digital decoration to a new level with the IKON PLUS and BLAZE printers and enhancing 3D textures with DRYFIX and DIGIFIX. Alongside its hugely popular TORNADO technology,\u00a0<strong>Ancora<\/strong>\u00a0will be launching VORTEX, a new turbo-polishing machine, which visitors will be able to see in person at the stand and through a demo at the bt-LAB, during the exhibition.
